Now in its sixth phase, the Lux capsule collection is back to deliver another hit of considered shapes, modern tailoring and signature prints.Sporty details such as elasticised hems and side stripes have been imported onto smart fabrics. In terms of colour, black and navy continue to underpin the collection, combined with spring-appropriate accents of aspirin white and dove grey.
The formal bomber jacket is now a Lux staple. Constructed in suiting fabric, the bomber
is a longer length fit and features ribbing on the collar and cuffs.
Optical patterns, grid-effect checks and conceptual prints feature throughout the collection. The above right print was inspired by psychological inkblot tests, whereas above right and below were both inspired by the geometric prints created by spirograph toys.
A distinct approach to cut and shape are crucial design elements in Lux SS15. Longer length duster coats appear in black and grey, and short sleeve shirts have been created with elbow-length sleeves and boxy cuts.
