Michael Kilm the Olympic medalist has launched a Skincare range just for men!
This collection ranges from Body Washes to Face wipes.
Unlike any other face wipes, these have been designed to combat the hard hitting grease that men face day to day. On the wipes itself they have little bumps to remove any unwanted dirt and on the other side a smooth surface to wipe away any residue.
What brought me into trying this skin care range at first was the actual design in packaging.
As being an ex Graphic Design student, design is a big focus. A skincare range that shows a simple design means instantly no artificial hard chemicals.
The product i chose from this range was the Face Wash & Scrub.
I was after a wash that wasn't chemically focussed like the normal brands, but had natural ingredients as they are much calmer to the skin.
With this product being a wash and a scrub you can use it either ways:
1: literally like a scrub to remove the dead skin cells and any dirt and sweat etc
2: use softly onto the skin as a wash
I personally use step 2 after the wash to get rid of the excess.
This is what the the Wash looks like, yes it does look like the excrement from a bird but thats life.
The ingredient what focusses on the scrub is crushed Walnut shell which really works well as general washes uses little beads.
What is off putting about face washes is the use of mint as this really does dry your skin and is a very over powering perfume smell, this has a very gentle smell which was very surprising!
Extracts of Nori & Spirulina enriched with Vitamin E calms the skin for the exfoliation of the walnut shells.
over all i would definitely recommend this product!
